Delete your BeityCare account

Controller: BeityCare S.A.R.L (Beirut commercial registration 10360520). This page applies to the BeityCare website and the Android and iPhone applications.

How to submit your request

1. Sign in to the Android or iPhone app and open Account → Delete account; or
2. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@beitycare.com. You do not need to reinstall the app.
3. Include your registered phone number with country code, your full name, and whether your account is a client or supplier account.
4. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or an identity-document image in your first email.
5. BeityCare may contact you for a limited additional step to verify that you own the account.

Email deletion request

What happens next

After a confirmed request, BeityCare deactivates account access and begins permanent deletion. Account and profile information that is not legally required is normally deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days. Notification tokens are disabled and removed. Associated chat messages and photographs are deleted or de-identified unless a specific item is needed for an unresolved complaint, safety matter, fraud investigation, or legal claim.

Information that may be retained

Limited order, invoice, payment, refund, commission, tax, security, dispute, and deletion-audit records may be retained for the periods described in the BeityCare Privacy Policy when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Retained information remains restricted and is not used to keep your account active.
